1. Who we are

This website (the "Service") is operated by TRYHARDGG SOLUTIONS LIMITED ("we", "us"). Our full company details are on the Company information page. You can contact us at support@castlexslots.com or through our contact form.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended only for adults in the United States. You must be at least 21 years old to use it. By confirming your age at the entrance you declare that you meet this requirement. You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by local law. This includes any U.S. state or territory where simulated gambling games are restricted. The Service is not offered to residents of the State of Washington: if you live in Washington, please do not use the Service or create an account. We do not direct the Service or its advertising at minors.

3. Social casino, not gambling

• All games are simulated casino-style games played for amusement only.
• The Service does not offer or promote real money gambling and does not offer any opportunity to win real money, prizes, goods, services or anything of real-world value.
• The Service is not a sweepstakes and does not run prize draws.
• Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.

4. Virtual coins

• Coins are a virtual in-game counter. They are given to you free of charge: a starting balance, a recurring free bonus, a daily login streak, level rewards earned by playing, and a free top-up whenever your balance runs low.
• Coins cannot be purchased. The Service has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features of any kind.
• Coins have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services or prizes, on or off the Service.
• Your coin balance and progress are saved with your account on our servers, so they are the same on every device you sign in on. We may adjust or reset balances, bonus amounts and intervals at any time, for example to correct an error or misuse.
• Without an account you can play every game in demo mode with demo credits. Demo credits have no value, are not saved and do not earn bonuses, streaks or levels.

5. Games and outcomes

Game outcomes are produced in your browser by a cryptographically seeded random number generator and the rules shown on each game page. Games are provided "as is" for entertainment. If a display or technical fault occurs, it has no consequence beyond your virtual coin balance.

6. Advertising and third parties

The Service does not display advertising for, or link to, real money gambling services. Links to support organizations on our Responsible Play page are provided for your wellbeing.

7. Responsible play

We provide time reminders and the option to lock the games on your device for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Please read our Responsible Play page.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it to harm other users, misrepresent coins as having value, or offer to buy or sell coins or accounts.

• Keep to one account per person. Do not create several accounts to collect bonuses more than once, and do not share, sell or give away your account.
• Do not use bots, scripts, macros, emulators or any other automation or tool to play, to collect bonuses or to interfere with the Service.
• Do not exploit errors or loopholes in the games or the bonus system. Please report them to us instead.

We may block or delete an account, remove its coins and progress, and end access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been broken.

8a. Accounts

An account is optional and free. You must give a real email address you control, keep your password secret and be at least 21. An account does not give access to purchases, prizes or real money. Your coins and progress are saved with your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The games, names, text, design and code of the Service are original works owned by or licensed to us. They are not associated with any real-money gambling brand.

10. Liability

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Virtual coins and progress have no value and may be lost because of technical errors, maintenance, security measures or account closure; we are not liable for that loss.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

Resolving disputes. If you have a complaint, please first write to us at support@castlexslots.com or through our contact form, describing the issue and the email address of your account. We will reply within 30 days and try to resolve it informally. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days of your written complaint, either party may take it to the competent courts, or to binding arbitration or small-claims court where both parties agree or the law of your state of residence provides for it.
